Sheet Metal Processing – Let's get your idea into shape!

Extremely precise, enormously fast and very flexible - the processing, treatment and finishing of raw sheet metal to finished products. With laser cutting, punching-laser combination, folding/bending or waterjet cutting, we offer a solution for every wish. In particular, the Stollberg production site is our sheet metal technology center.

Welding – We join!

An elementary part in metalworking. We have years of experience in welding of complex components on all our sites. With TIG, MIG, MAG methods and laser welding, as well as spot and stud welding. The right technology is available for every project. You can choose between aluminum, stainless steel, steel, chrome or nickel.

• certified according to EN 15085-2 (CL2) Welding of Rail Vehicles and Rail Vehicle Parts
• processing of large parts up to over 7m
• continuous laser welding systems in 2D or 3D process

Assembly Procedures - We see ourselves as a one-stop-shop!

Whether electrical or pneumatic components, software integration or clean room assembly – rely on our extensive experience for the assembly of your units and systems!

For the installation of your modules, machines, devices and systems, we provide qualified personnel, modular workstations, clean rooms and several assembly halls.

Surface Technology – We bring colors into play!

MBO GmbH as part of Mühlbauer Parts & Systems is our in-house surface technology at the Roding site. We also offer a wide variety of surface coatings for your components and assemblies. As a customer, you benefit from complete in-house processing due to shorter distances, less time expenditure and thus lower costs.

• anodizing and hard anodizing according to your requirements
• preparation processes (blasting, grinding, sealing)

Quality Assurance – Trust is good, control is better!

At all locations, we inspect on 13 measuring machines with up to four axes. Six of these are coordinate measuring machines for accompanying inspection in the production hall. The measuring technology of all locations is directly networked with each other. Control and programming is carried out by four CAD programming stations assigned to quality assurance.

Other Procedures - That would go beyond the scope!

We offer you further manufacturing services. These include for example eroding, grinding and laser marking. With eroding and grinding, highly precise components can be produced.

For special requirements on milled material, we can anneal almost all materials in-house and stress-relieved. As a finish, we also offer barrel finishing or annealing.
